POLICIES

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!

My goal is to provide every client with a positive, comfortable, and professional experience. The following policies are in place to ensure smooth scheduling, fairness, and respect for everyone’s time. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions, I welcome you to reach out prior to booking! 

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the treatment cost is required at the time of booking.

- Deposits must be sent via e-Transfer. If the deposit is not received, the appointment will not be accepted and/or confirmed.

- Deposits are only refunded if the appointment is cancelled by me and you choose not to reschedule.

- Your card on file will only be charged in the event of a no-show, a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice), or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment.

- Your card information is securely stored solely as a safeguard for my time and services in the event of the three scenarios outlined above. It will not be charged under any other circumstance. 

- Currently, e-Transfer is the only accepted form of payment.

NEW CLIENT FORMS

- All new clients must complete a digital consent and contraindications form prior to their scheduled appointment date.

- Appointments cannot proceed without a completed form on file.

PUNCTUALITY

- Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and a $50 fee will be charged to the card on file.

- Late arrivals impact other clients’ appointments and cannot be accommodated.

Arrival Time

- Please arrive on time for your appointment.

- If you arrive early, you may be required to wait until your scheduled time, as early arrivals are not guaranteed to be accommodated.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

- Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

- Failure to cancel within this timeframe or not showing up for your appointment will result in a $50 charge to the card on file.
